• A thorough report that is presented to the buyer and the real estate agent within 24 hours of the end of the inspection.
• Minimal wait time for the inspection report.  The exterior and the roof portion of the inspection may be processed prior to the agreed upon start time.
• Inspections available days, evenings and weekends.
• A discount of $20 given to the buyer if the inspector is 15 minutes late.
• Radon tests done upon request.
• Microwave leak tests done upon request.
• Detached buildings done upon request.
• L.I.S. will travel statewide at minimal cost.
• A quote will be given at the time the appointment is made.
